Misfits win CyberPowerPC Series Fall

Misfits have won the CyberPowerPC Extreme Gaming Series Fall after defeating Renegades 2-0 in the grand final.

Following the withdrawal of Immortals, Joshua "steel" Nissan's Torqued were brought in at last minute and the seeds were rearranged, with all the favourites managing to progress from the first round without too much trouble.

The semi-final stage brought an exciting encounter between OpTic and Misfits, with Sean "seang@res" Gares's men coming out on top of a three-map thriller thanks to an inspired performance from Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan, who boasted a +36 KDD and a 1.41 Rating. From the other side of the bracket came Renegades, who moved past CLG after two hard-fought maps despite a solid showing from Kenneth "koosta" Suen.

ShahZaM was on fire throughout the tournament

The title decider kicked off on Overpass, on which, after a close 8-7 first half, Misfits ran riot on the CT side, dropping just three rounds before locking down the map, 16-11. Inferno, the map that followed, was a one-sided affair from the start, with seang@res's men taking 13 rounds into the second half before quickly wrapping things up on the offensive side.

Maybe online ... Even then he is inconsistent
2017-10-02 11:51
No. Shahzam has probably the highest skill ceiling but also the lowest skill floor. He has no consistency so you never know what you'll get which is why misfits has been failing to qualify for everything lately

why people says Shazam is inconsistent? He is more consistent than a lot of pro players, and him and Amanek are the most consistent players in Misfits.
