HEN1: "My team is set"
Immortals players Henrique "HEN1" Teles has revealed that his new team is "set" and that it will be unveiled upon the conclusion of negotiations.
Henrique "HEN1" Teles and his twin brother, Lucas "LUCAS1" Teles, have been weighing up their options since requesting to be moved to the bench in the aftermath of Immortals' decision to release Vito "kNgV-" Giuseppe.
On Social Media, the twins wrote that their team is "set", with HEN1 adding that more news is expected "soon".
"We are waiting for negotiations, and soon we will announce every name!," the Brazilian AWPer wrote on Facebook.
Should they decide to reunite with kNgV-, they will have 3/5 of the Immortals team that finished runners-up at PGL Major Krakow, which would earn them direct entry into the next Major, scheduled for January 2018.
And while kNgV- is currently without a contract, the other three players are still bound to Immortals and will be allowed to leave only if another organisation meets their release clauses - a scenario that was recently discussed by Immortals CEO Noah Whinston.
TeamOne member Bruno "BIT" Fukuda Lima is rumoured to be the last piece of the puzzle. The 27-year-old, who is mostly known for his time with mibr and compLexity in 1.6, has already revealed that he will not compete in the South American qualifiers for the Americas Minor, with Caike "caike" Costa playing in his stead.
