The mixture around Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov consisting of Na`Vi's and FlipSid3's duos has topped the first WESG Russia qualifier, booking their spot at the WESG EU & CIS Regional Finals.

The first Russian qualifier for WESG 2017 featured the mixture combined of Na`Vi's Denis "seized" Kostin and Egor "flamie" Vasilyev, FlipSid3's Georgi "WorldEdit" Yaskin and Denis "electronic" Sharipov, and Gambit's Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov.

In the semi-finals, the choice mix-team faced Spirit Academy, who managed to clinch the first map, Overpass, with ease, but found themselves unable to put up a fight on the next two, Train and Inferno.

flamie and seized qualified for the Regional Finals with the Russian mixteam

On the other side, Quantum Bellator Fire defeated Spirit after three maps before going up against the favored squad in the final. There, Russia prevailed following two close maps, Train and Mirage.
