shz set to join Immortals

Immortals are on the brink of signing Bruno "shz" Martinelli from Tempo Storm, HLTV.org has learned.

The 19-year-old will replace Ricardo "⁠boltz⁠" Prass, who is close to joining SK on a permanent basis after helping the team to win EPICENTER while on loan from Immortals.

Bruno "⁠shz⁠" Martinelli is no stranger to the Immortals team, having played four ESL Pro League matches for them last month, after Henrique "⁠HEN1⁠" Teles and Lucas "⁠LUCAS1⁠" Teles had requested to be moved to the bench.

shz will join Immortals

Unlike teammate Lucas "⁠DeStiNy⁠" Bullo, who ended up signing for Immortals, shz returned to Tempo Storm. He then attended DreamHack Open Denver, where the team finished 7th-8th following defeats to Cloud9 and CLG. The 19-year-old was the top performing player for the team, averaging a 1.08 Rating.

shz, who missed Tempo Storm's most recent match, in the WCA North America Finals, is expected to be unveiled by Immortals shortly, having already been included in the team's roster for the Brazilian WESG qualifiers, which will run from November 7-10.

With shz's addition, Immortals will have:

mark my words, this is a transitional lineup ... after the leagues they will get rid of zqks and get a better awper ... with time and steels guidance I believe that the team has potencial ... we will see up to 6 BR lineups at the top NA leagues for next year : TS, IM, SK, T1, LG and Villa Mix

I think that IMT is dying tbh. I don't think that we'll have more than LG, VM, SK and T1 in the near future. (Villa mix is the ex-IMT roster right?)

I doubt it, the only 2 options immortals had to hire a good awper were yeL and maluk3, and he didn’t get them because they were “too expensive”. Now look at how good LG is doing, they are fighting for a spot on both ECS and EPL finals. At this point the only viable option for steel is getting released of his contract and wait for buyaka to hire him. He will be wasting his time and talent on this trash team. Imagine LG with steel instead of pkl, they would be even better than they are rn, and I’m sure he would be more than happy to join them.

Nah, Fox has a little daughter and he won't leave Portugal to move to NA at this moment. He turned down Fallen's invite to a permanent spot on SK at the beginning of the year for this exact reason.

They are trying to make a soccer team for the world cup in Russia. But seriously, the imt manager deserve this, couldn't handled the situation properly as a manager should do. The old line up screw up, but this thing should be handled privately but he make of this a scandal bad for the players and for the org. Felps is an insane player. Just because he couldn't fit in SK doesn't mean he's not good. What we have seen from Felps since he joined SK is different from what he used to do and play his entire life. Once he's given the space and comfort to perform his own game he'll be a star player again. So why not pick him up?
