Windigo sign ex-Outlaws roster
Windigo Gaming have announced that they have completed the signing of the ex-Outlaws squad.
The Bulgarian team had been searching for a new organisation to represent since leaving Outlaws, back in August, one month before revamping their roster with the addition of three new players.
Windigo Gaming is a brand new Ukrainian organisation based in the city of Dnipro that was founded by former HellRaisers CEO Maksym Bednarskyi alongside three partners.
In a Reddit post, Bednarskyi revealed that he had been in contact with Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov since the disbandment of MK and that he asked the player to convince the team to pick him up, after which the two parties engaged in negotiations.
"I know that these players are ready to work hard to achieve results and goals that were set for them more than other teams of their level," Bednarskyi wrote.
"I hope that together we can win some trophies in future and build a very strong esports brand."
Contacted by HLTV.org, bubble expressed his delight at finding a new organisation to represent:
"Today we're happy to announce that we have finally found our home in Windigo Gaming," bubble told HLTV.org.
"I would like to thank Maksym Bednarskyi and his partners for having us as their first CSGO roster. We are focused on the upcoming minor and will do our best to win a slot for the Major LAN qualifier!
"Together with our new organisation we will have opportunities to grow as team in nearest future! Stay tuned and cheer for Windigo Gaming!"
