IeSF World Championship 2017 groups revealed
With the 2017 IeSF World Championship set to start on Thursday, the organisers have revealed the groups, format and prize-pool distribution for its CS:GO competition.
Taking place in Busan, Korea, from November 9-12, the tournament will see 17 teams, determined by a series of qualifiers, battle it out for the lion's share of a 20,000,000 KRW (~18,000) prize pool.
Following the last-minute withdrawals of Mineski, proWince and Vanguard, the participating squads have been split into four groups – three of four teams, one of five –, as you can check below:

Regarding the tournament format, the group stage will be held on the first two days of the event in a best-of-one round robin format, while the playoff matches and the third-place decider, all featuring a best-of-three format, will be played over the weekend.
The organisation has also revealed how will the 20,000,000 KRW (~$18,000) prize-pool be distributed among the top three teams:
1. 10,000,000 KRW (~$9,000)
2. 6,000,000 KRW (~$5,500)
3. 4,000,000 KRW (~$3,700)
