WESG EU & CIS groups, schedule revealed

Starladder has revealed the groups and the complete schedule for the WESG European & CIS Finals.

Running from November 23-26 in Barcelona, the event will see 20 teams from all over Europe, determined by a series of online and regional qualifiers, square off for their cut of a $92,500 prize pool and for one of the 12 spots at the main WESG competition that are up for grabs.

The participating sides have been split into four groups of five teams, who will face each other in best-of-one matches. The group winners will automatically progress to the single-elimination playoffs, while the second and the third-placed sides will play a relegation stage, which will determine the final four teams making it to the knockout rounds.

EnVyUs handed tough group that includes ScreaM's Belgium

2017-11-15 20:31
We had an agreement with Karol, that we wouldn't make public yet anything. We got answer from Valve in 3 hours after disqualification.
2017-11-15 17:39
So all the players posts and interviews were lies? They said few times that they are still waiting. Anyway if you had answer in 3 hours then it means that Patiteks ban is valid. Fair enough then if rules are clear it's up to organizers whatever they want to do.
2017-11-15 17:57
Valve answered to them too, but Venatories asked us to wait, until they will speak with Valve again with new evidence. We set deadline until 10th (just forgot about that totally). Didn't get any news, so i might be free to say, that Valve confirmed PatiteK's ban.
2017-11-15 18:32

2017-11-16 20:50
ofc you wouldnt speak with me :D if you were normal person you wouldnt have any problem with giving ts to anyone and exchange few words, any mature person could do it, you are some cutie autismo 17-18 yo boy thats all
2017-11-16 20:52

2017-11-15 21:25
Underestemating NOREG imo
2017-11-17 04:10
It's a tough group to call but I feel like they will have a hard time against these teams but maybe they can sneak in a cheeky win or 2 vs Godsent and Endpoint
2017-11-17 07:03
I suppose since they are a mix, and jkaem not attending, they should be underestimated. Though they are still fielding a decent lineup imo. Radifaction and Marcelious are two of the biggest talents in norway, and rubino and zeves have loads of experience. Really looking forward to seeing them play, but i would be surprised if they went through. Think they will beat endpoint though
