Liquid to field zews at ESL Pro League S6 Finals

Team Liquid will field coach Wilton "zews" Prado as their fifth player at the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals, according to a report from Dust2.us.

The Brazilian coach will step into Lucas "steel" Lopes's shoes as Liquid's newest member is ineligible to compete in the tournament with the team due to the league's roster lock.

This will be the first of two events in which Wilton "zews" Prado will play for the team - the other being the ELEAGUE Major Qualifier, which steel cannot attend after playing in the online qualifiers for the Americas Minor with Immortals.

zews will be Liquid's fifth in Odense

steel, who joined Liquid's roster earlier this month as a replacement for Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, will be able to attend the ECS Season 4 Finals, in Cancun, after Immortals forfeited their remaining matches in the league. As a result, the 24-year-old was allowed to switch rosters, playing the team's last four matches of the regular season.

Liquid have been placed in "Group Yellow" for the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals alongside fnatic, FaZe, Astralis, HellRaisers and Luminosity. The event will run from December 5-10 at the Sparekassen Fyn Arena, in Odense, with $750,000 on the line.

The North American team will attend the Danish event with:

United States Nick "nitr0" Cannella
United States Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski
Canada Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken
United States Josh "jdm64" Marzano
Brazil Wilton "zews" Prado

most players can't handle IGLing top teams and play their best individually. He won't call so maybe he'll be much better than when he was IGLing.

he was enough for IMT to defeat Cloud9 at Northern Arena Plus he kinda helped them win that series by getting pissed and the admin got scared of him when he and n0thing approached the admin to discuss what was going to happen

look shox stats when he's IGLing and when he's not for example ;)

I think zews remnds me of a south american dictator, i would hate having him on y team if i was playing. they had nitro an stanis, wich was enough IMO. Liquis will not get any better before they kick that dictator. Zakk instead of zews would be much better for liquid.
2017-11-26 12:58
Jesus christ. They must really hate stan if they're willing to throw two huge tournaments like this. Why not get kioshima or swag?
