TyLoo confirm Major absence, replacement to come from Asia Minor

TyLoo have confirmed to ELEAGUE and Valve that they will not attend the next Major, with a replacement expected to come from the Asia Minor, HLTV.org has learned.

The Chinese team have cited visa issues as the reason to skip the event, which would be their first-ever Major, with Hansel "⁠BnTeT⁠" Ferdinand having seen his application rejected by the US embassy.

Former TYLOO coach Luis "⁠peacemaker⁠" Tadeu could fill in as a substitute, but, according to a report from independent journalist Jarek "DeKay" Lewis, talks between the Brazilian and the Chinese organisation broke down, forcing the team to withdraw from the tournament.

TyLoo should be replaced by another team from the Asia Minor

With only ten days remaining before the start of the Major qualifier, which has been renamed to "New Challengers Stage", ELEAGUE is actively working to secure a replacement from the Asia Minor, HLTV.org has learned, with the final team list due to be released next week along with the initial match-ups.

Flash, who came in third place, would be the most obvious choice, followed by fourth-placed side MVP PK. Earlier on Tuesday, Flash member Andrew "⁠kaze⁠" Khong seemingly suggested that he had applied for a US visa in a tweet that has since been deleted.

If Flash do get TYLOO's spot, they will attend the event with KunHua "⁠LOVEYY⁠" Bai and QiFang "⁠Karsa⁠" Su, two players who were recently benched, due to the roster lock rule that is in place.

They can change the name and design. Team Wolf stickers didnt have a logo or anything when released. They changed the design later.

I don’t think they can remove them since it’s what some tyloo fans wanted when they bought them. They might not suddenly want flash stickers. So I think valve has to keep the tyloo stickers. Capsules will definitely change though

Visa issues, poor crowds, decent organizations but overrated (issues happen, likely less often than in other countries but still happen), money greedy companies like ELeague making it better for TBS watchers than Twitch ones, etc. EDIT : an event in a polish stadium with a crazy atmosphere for example will always feel better. USA doesn't know how to cheer (Ultras fans= what is this ?) teams in stadiums. Some MLS teams have great fans but overall this is nowhere Europe's atmosphere.
