Astralis star Nicolai "device" Reedtz has confirmed on Instagram that he has returned to action ahead of ELEAGUE Major Boston.

The 22-year-old posted a message on the Social Media platform reading "guess who's back", confirming earlier suggestions that he would be making a comeback at the next Major.

Nicolai "⁠device⁠" Reedtz has been out of action since IEM Oakland due to medical issues, with Dennis "⁠dennis⁠" Edman stepping in for the team at BLAST Pro Series, and Ruben "⁠RUBINO⁠" Villarroel at the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals and at the ECS Season 4 Finals.

In case the Danish talent was ruled out of the Major, Astralis would have to field coach Danny "⁠zonic⁠" Sørensen in his stead at the $1 million competition.

Astralis, who earned Legend status at the previous Major after reaching the semi-finals, in which they lost out to eventual champions Gambit, will attend ELEAGUE Major Boston with the following roster:

But olofmeister and GuardiaN didn't had the same problem as device had. Olofmeister had "ill" arm (nerves problem), GuardiaN had broken wrist (even tho not exactly broken, it was old injury from sport afaik, so probably also other nerves problem). But device was ill overall. He had some inside problems, not the problems with arm. So yeah, device will recover quickly, because for him it was like going to "holiday" -> he just couldn't play CS, but it did not affect his aim or skill because his hand and arm is still the same.

I think this is a misconception, I think VP just did a good job stopping him the same way Device countered Fallen in the last major. Sometimes teams just plan ahead to shut down a player and there's not much you can do about it.
