dignitas release Norwegian trio
dignitas have announced that they have parted ways with the remaining members of their CS:GO team.
Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel, Jorgen "cromen" Robertsen and Morten "zEVES" Vollan were the only team members still tied to the Philadelphia-based organisation after Ricardo "fox" Pacheco, Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran and Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad had been released from their contracts in December.
The announcement officially closes a chapter for dignitas, who had made another foray into Counter-Strike in March with the signing of a team headlined by former G2/FaZe trio Mikail "Maikelele" Bill, fox and jkaem.
During their time under dignitas, the team most notably finished 9th-11th at the offline qualifier for PGL Major Krakow after placing third at the Europe Minor.
Since December's announcement, fox has joined Kinguin, while Maikelele has created Enyoy alongside Markus "pronax" Wallsten and Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi. The future of the remaining players is currently unknown.
According to the official announcement, this is not the end of dignitas' involvement in CS:GO as the organisation "look forward to once again competing at the top tier of Counter-Strike in the future."
