Gambit edge past Space Soldiers to go 2-1

Gambit have picked up their second victory at ELEAGUE Major Boston after defeating Space Soldiers 16-13 on Train.

The final match of the day began with Gambit getting out to a dream 7-0 lead after continuously holding off the Turkish players, who looked in disarray as they kept losing aim duel after aim duel.

After calling a tactical pause, Space Soldiers were finaly able to break through the Gambit defense, and they did it in a messy eco round, thanks to four quick kills from Ahmet "paz" Karahoca on A. Those expecting a reaction from the Turkish team were certainly left disappointed as Gambit remained in control, closing out the half with a dominant 13-2 lead.

Dosia the hero as he prevented a reset with a 1v3 clutch

The script was flipped in the second half as Space Soldiers came from the break looking the livelier of the two teams, with a flawless pistol round being the catalyst for an incredible run from the Turkish side, who brought the deficit to just three rounds.

Gambit looked bereft of ideas, but they were finally able to secure a round in the half after exploiting Space Soldiers' passive setups. The Kazakhstani side came close to facing an economic reset right after, but Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov saved the day with a 1v3 clutch to put his team on match point.

Space Soldiers still made one last push in an attempt to take the match to overtime, but an outer bombsite execution in the 29th round sealed the deal for Gambit, who are now one victory away from the playoffs.

Lmao, SS can only play online Shit talking aside, SS has a bright future if they continue like this, kinda impressive considering they barely play on LAN yet alone against t1 teams

This was, BY FAR, the best game on the Major so far. SS deserved the win. Ngin wasn't on one of his best days.

SS played well so far but they need to change Ngin. In my opinion, He's weak for this tournament and SS playing 5v4 all the time. Despe would be better instead of him.
