ELEAGUE has revealed the first details about its next tournament, called ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018, which will be held in the summer.
Taking place at the ELEAGUE Arena, in Atlanta, the tournament will feature just eight teams, who will be drawn into a double-elimination, best-of-three group, running from July 21-25.
The top four teams from the group will secure spots in the single-elimination playoffs, which will culminate with the grand final on Sunday, July 29. No details about the prize fund for the tournament have so far been released.
ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 will be broadcast exclusively on Twitch, with which Turner Sports recently agreed an exclusivity deal.
This will be the second ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier tournament, and the fourth non-Major competition hosted by Turner Sports. ELEAGUE Premier 2017 ran from September 8 to October 13 and was topped by FaZe, who won the lion's share of the tournament's $1 million prize pool.
