Virtus.pro backup player Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas has dropped a strong hint that he will continue his career elsewhere.
In a statement released on his Facebook page, TaZ says that he respects the team's decision to drop him, which, he admits, is "a change for the best for both parties", and insists that this is not the end of the road for him.
"As of today, I will no longer be playing for Virtus.pro," he wrote. "The team decided that I do not fit in their plans, and I respect that.
"I want to wish them the best of luck in the future! I feel that it is a change for best, for both parties.
"Changes are needed in life, and I am looking forward to challenges ahead of me.
"This is not the last [time] you hear from me. I have never had problems with motivation, but I can tell you now - I am happier and more motivated than ever!"
While with Virtus.pro, TaZ helped the team to win several international events, most notably the ESL Major Series Katowice 2014 Major and ELEAGUE Season 1. In 2017, the Polish giants lifted just two trophies, at DreamHack Masters Las Vegas and at the Adrenaline Cyber League event.
