AVANT Gaming have announced their return to the CS:GO scene by forming a new squad filled with notable players from the Oceanic region.
After going separate ways with their former roster in November last year, the Australian organization has been assessing their options for the past few months regarding their next move for CS:GO.
They have decided to create a new team by bringing in some familiar names from the Oceanic region including the likes of ex-Legacy duo Stuart "sonic" Rayner and Sam "mizu" Richardson, former Winterfox AWPer Razmik "RaZ" Bastadjan, and Dylan "kyoto" Brown, formerly of Athletico and Tainted Minds. The two latter players have competed under the organization's banner before in the past.
AVANT will make their debut in the upcoming CyberGamer Premier League Autumn league, with their first official match set to kick off next week against Chiefs. Besides the league, AVANT confirmed that they will participate in the ESL Australia & NZ Championship Season 6 qualifiers (February 24-25).
