CSGO.NET has announced the second edition of its European cup, featuring a minimum prize pool of $10,000.

Sixteen teams from all over Europe will be taking part in this online competition, which will kick off next week with a double-elimination group stage.

CSGO.NET will direct proceeds from sales of its special CSGO.net weapon case toward a bigger prize pool, with the winner getting 40 percent of the amount contributed by fans on top of a guaranteed $4,000 sum.

AVANGAR invited to CSGO.NET Cup #2

AVANGAR and Windigo, both of whom are in the top 30 in the world, headline the 12-team invite list for the tournament. The last four sides will be determined by open online qualifiers, which will be held over the next two days.

Below you can find the invite list for CSGO.NET Cup #2:

Bulgaria Windigo Romania Nexus
Denmark Tricked France EnVyUs Academy
Russia Spirit Kazakhstan AVANGAR
Russia Espada Belarus GoodJob
Ukraine pro100 Sweden Singularity
Poland SEAL Russia EPG

Teams can sign up for the open qualifiers by clicking on the links below:

The prizes will be distributed amongst the top eight teams as follows:

1. $4,000 + 40% from case sales
2. $2,000 + 20% from case sales
3-4. $1,000 + 10% from case sales
5-8. $500 + 5% from case sales

Windigo won the first edition of the CSGO.NET Cup, which was held late last year, after beating Nexus in the final, securing the grand prize of almost $6,000.
