CLG have announced the addition of Lily "ProMise9k" Chen to their female CS:GO squad.
The North American team had been on the lookout for a new fifth player since losing veteran Christine "potter" Chi, who decided to further her career with RES alongside the likes of Zainab "zAAz" Turkie and Ksenia "vilga" Kluenkova.
The 27-year-old is mostly known for her time with silhouette, with whom she attended last year's Intel Challenge Katowice and Copenhagen Games, averaging a 1.21 rating despite the team crashing out of both tournaments in the early stages.
"I am super excited to become a part of the CLG family as well as playing with one of the best female teams out there," she told CLG's website.
"I have looked up to CLG Red as a team, but I've also looked up to these ladies for their dedication, skills, and passion for the game. This is a dream come true, and I can't wait to start this amazing journey with them."
Intel Challenge Katowice 2018 will run from February 23-24 as part of the IEM EXPO, with eight teams competing for a share of a $50,000 prize pool. CLG Red will attend the event with:
