Team RED win GAMERZ Season 2

Jonatan "Devilwalk" Lundberg’s Team RED have earned the chance to be part of fnatic's new academy squad after sweeping Team BLUE in the grand final of GAMERZ Season 2.

The second season of the esports reality show 'GAMERZ’ concluded last night after three weeks of competition showcased the two teams in the grand final, who then duked it out for a chance to join fnatic’s ranks as their new academy team.

The series started on Team RED’s map pick, Mirage, where Abdisamad "SpawN" Mohamed’s Team BLUE quickly jumped out to a 6-0 lead on their CT-side. However, Jonatan "Devilwalk" Lundberg's Team RED brought the deficit back late in the first half to secure the 8-7 lead at the half. The second half was highly contested as both teams traded rounds until the very end, with Alexander "AlekS" Andersson and the rest of Team RED taking the map, 16-14.

SpawN’s Team BLUE looked to even the series on their map pick, Inferno, but Devilwalk’s men had other plans. Team RED dominated the first half, not allowing Team BLUE any room for error as the CT-sided side took a huge 13-2 lead going into the second.

The second half started well for Team BLUE, who secured the pistol thanks to Kamil "kamil" Kamiński coming out on top of a 1v1. However, it was all for nought as Team BLUE's comeback hopes were soon crushed by their opponents, who cruised to a 16-3 victory.

What happened to winners of season1?
2018-03-25 15:01
who cares only brollan was good, this season had much more talent. hns was in final 10, and was considered like top4 that season, this season he didnt even make it to top10, obv spawn made some bad choices hns should have stayed, but its fair, he had his chance. meddo will be t1 100%, aleks and kennie should also make it, and ec1ls and kamil as well at least t2 players dfx is a wild card, but he has the aim for t1/t2 carcass more likely t2 but can improve

lol if u actually watched the series u would know hes horrible, none of these players deserve a top team they are tier 2.5 AT BEST
2018-03-25 15:02
There two type of esport csgo players: Professionals and Amateurs... This is about the opportunity to make living by playing CS, to be fully focused on CS. It´s not about finding a new T1 all-star team, It´s about giving an opportunity to "unknown" players
