esportsbetting.com Launch Invitational announced with a $10,000 prize pool

An online tournament with eight invited teams, named the esportsbetting.com Launch Invitational, is set to kick off next week.

Organized by gamers.com.mt, a company hailing from Malta, esportsbetting.com Launch Invitational is an online, invite-only tournament. The action will start on April 17th, with two weeks of matches in front of us.

Maniac's LDLC will play the online tournament

Joining the competition are teams such as Fragsters, who recently impressed at the Bets.net Masters LAN in Kiev, the Czech-Slovak roster eXtatus, the surprise of the Major Quantum Bellator Fire and other squads of similar stature. fnatic Academy, the team that just formed from the GAMERZ reality show, will also participate in the tournament.

The eight teams are split into two groups, as seen below:

Group A Group B
Europe LDLC Kazakhstan AVANGAR
Russia Quantum Bellator Fire Denmark Fragsters
Russia Spirit Slovakia eXtatus
Germany ALTERNATE aTTaX Europe fnatic Academy

The group stage will use a round-robin BO1 system, but all eight teams will advance to a single-elimination BO3 playoff bracket. There, the winner of the tournament will be found, with the prize pool being distributed in the following way:

1. $6,000
2. $3,000
3-4. $500

Maybe if you played against the actual best you'd say otherwise. You probably played against some randy silver team
2018-04-19 22:36
Yeah we probably wouldve lost against Eversio, this was an invitational for igaming companies
2018-05-05 21:10
Why are people giving away money to QBF in all these tournies? Why are they even in these low tier tournies, I thought major winners werent usually invited to these
