StarSeries i-League Season 5 qualifiers set to start

The fifth season of StarSeries i-League is set to begin as the qualifiers for four regions, North America, Europe, Asia, and CIS, get underway, with some of the first matches starting tomorrow.

The qualifiers, divided into two stages, will run through May. They will consist of twelve teams per region, with eight playing a preliminary GSL group stage, from which four teams will qualify and be joined by four invited teams for the second stage of the qualifier.

AGO will be part of the European qualifier

The winners of the North American and CIS qualifiers will then be granted a berth into the LAN finals, while the Asian and European qualifiers will grant two slots for the top two teams.
