Natus Vincere will be present at ESL One Cologne this July, the tournament organizer has announced.
The Ukranian-Russian squad are confirmed as the ninth invited team for the event and will be joining the likes of SK, Cloud9 and FaZe in Germany this summer. Natus Vincere currently hold the fourth spot in our rankings, as skipping IEM Sydney 2018 due to visa issues saw them drop two places since last week.
Now, more than half of the teams for 16-team event are known, with only three more squads to be handed invites and the remaining spots being filled through European, North American and Asian qualifiers.
The team list for the event currently looks like this:
ESL One Cologne will feature a $300,000 prize pool and will also be a Intel Grand Slam event, adding more prestige to the tournament. The event will run on July 3-8, with the last three days being held in the "Cathedral of Counter-Strike", the LANXESS Arena.
