Team list, talent for ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier announced

Eight of the world's best teams have been invited to this year's edition of ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier, which will take place on July 21-29.

CS:GO returns to Atlanta and ELEAGUE's arena in the Turner Studios this July. ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 will close out the first part of the year with eight elite teams competing for a $1,000,000 prize pool.

FaZe will return to Atlanta after winning last year's tournament

Astralis, FaZe, Natus Vincere and MOUZ have been confirmed for the tournament, with the all of the eight competing teams currently amongst the top 10 places of our rankings.

The team list is as follows:

ELEAGUE has also revealed the on-air broadcast team for the tournament. Slotting into the host position this time around will be Alex "Machine" Richardson, with Sue "Smix" Lee returning as the reporter. The casting and analysis will be done by renowned names such Jason "⁠moses⁠" O'Toole and Janko "⁠YNk⁠" Paunović.

Its not. NiP got invite IEM Oakland 2017 for winning that in 2016. North got that for Epicenter. Navi got that for ESL Newyork. Its nothing new. Atleast here they won a major this year not last year.

Well I would say these are pretty balanced groups, Clown9 is bad and liquid pretty overrated so group A have 2 Top teams and 2 weaker one and group b have 2 good teams in navi and mouz 1 team that we dont really know about but should be pretty nutty in fnatic and one bad team in SK, Only reason why this may look unbalanced is because Astralis is too strong atm and theyre almost a secured playoff spot

Yeah I think it might be good in that faze and astralis are guaranteed not to meet before the final so its probably good. I just feel like navi and mous would be a lot easier to upset and maybe give a team a semifinal finish that theu wouldn't get with better groups
