Following a failed CIS Minor, AVANGAR have announced a roster change, picking up Bektiyar "fitch" Bahytov.
The squad from Kazakhstan, AVANGAR, wasn't able to make it through the CIS Minor this time around, after breaking out in the last Major cycle, impressing at the ELEAGUE Boston Major Main Qualifier. At the Minor in London last week, AVANGAR was unable to reach one of the top two spots losing once to HellRaisers and twice to Spirit, finishing fourth overall.
After the result, AVANGAR decided to shake up their roster, replacing their statistically worst performer at the Minor, Dmitry "dimasick" Matvienko. As was announced on the team's VK page today, coming in is fitch, who broke out with Tengri in 2017 before getting a spot in Gambit following Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko's departure.
fitch represented Gambit until the start of 2018, getting replaced after the team bombed out of the groups at ELEAGUE Major Boston.
