Reita to stand in for SCARZ; replaces poem

The Japanese team SCARZ Absolute will be using their coach Ryu "Reita" Oshiro instead of Shibasaki "poem" Yumeki for the time being.

SCARZ Absolute recently impressed at the Asia Minor, where they beat Renegades in a BO1 match and placed fourth. Now, they will be forced to use their coach Reita as poem pulled out of the roster temporarily, for personal reasons.

The 20-year-old will be replaced by the team's coach

The team played the StarSeries i-League S6 Asia Qualifier with Reita, but two losses to QiFang "Karsa" Su's EHOME saw them finish the tournament in the group stage, placing 9th-12th.

It is unknown how long SCARZ Absolute will be forced to play with their coach and how that will affect the roles, but moving forward, they will be using the following lineup:

Japan Koji "Laz" Ushida
Japan Tomoaki "crow" Maruoka
Japan Takemori "takej" Shogo
Japan Ryo "barce" Takebayashi
Japan Ryu "Reita" Oshiro (stand-in/coach)

Japan Shibasaki "poem" Yumeki (temporary absence)

Please just start putting these in a weekly round up with other such tiny stories of unknown teams. We dont need a whole post just on this...

The last time Portugal did better than Japan on lan, was in the very beginning of CSGO, when k1ck was a bit relevant, in 2012 or 2013.

2018-08-15 21:58
Unfortunate, I was watching the matches live today and I think they are missing an important part of the team with poem. Laz was the only one really showing up at ALL at the matches, Scarz could go far if they had more opportunity and drilled everything a bit more with poem. I hope he gets past his personal problems soon.

Actually SCARZ is a team which isnt that bad. It´s a part of the upcoming Asian-CS-Scene. Laz, crow and takej doing a great job making Japanese CS better.
