CyberZen have qualified for StarSeries i-League Season 6 with a 2-1 win against MVP PK in the consolidation final of the Asia Qualifier.

After TYLOO claimed the first Asia spot at StarSeries i-League Season 6 by winning the upper bracket final, CyberZen and MVP PK squared off in the consolidation final for the other spot at the LAN finals.

The best-of-three game kicked off on Inferno with the Korean team finishing the first half 9-6 ahead. CyberZen nearly matched MVP PK's performance on the CT-side but eventually came up short, losing the map 16-14.

Savage & co. will be in Kiev in October

CyberZen managed to respond on Nuke which they secured 19-16. The Chinese team won the last map, Mirage, 16-13 to win the series 2-1, qualifying for StarSeries i-League Season 6.

2018-08-20 15:59
how do you know it was fixed? (actually curious as I see that other people are making similar accusations)
2018-08-20 17:24
VPGame odds were 80-20 in favour of cyberzen same happened against boot!
2018-08-20 17:38

Yeah I’d give it to cyberzen or flash, either are better than MVP so it’s not that suspect at all
2018-08-20 19:09
MVP have been struggling lately, they have gone down after kicking HSK
2018-08-20 19:28
dont kid yourself.. not one other website has odds close to that. they are slightly better.

the whole tournament was pure match fixing. watch the cyberzen vs ehome on inferno, it's legit so obvious. they were like 9-1 up, take a pause and then lose the game 16-9, while the handicap is -6.5.

actually it's unexpected, there's a meme says that they win only online and lose every last step to a lan.

ikr People say they're hacking, and thats why they lose every LAN qualifier finals so that they dont have to go to LAN. Hope they can prove themselves here, though.

Sorry to burst your bubble. But there was no match fixing or mafia or whatever. I was sitting behind MVP PK players while this match took place in a game house in Bucheon/Incheon. They were actually devastated after the loss.
2018-08-20 20:03
i’d be devastated too if i choked a 13-8 and got no rounds afterwards
