MVP PK qualify for eXTREMESLAND Asia Finals

MVP PK have won the eXTREMESLAND 2018 Korea Regional Finals over ikarus, securing themselves a spot at the $100,000 event in October.

The sixteen-team Korean LAN qualifier took place in Seoul, South Korea today, featuring a BO1 single-elimination bracket, apart from the grand final being best-of-three.

Currently ranked 31st in the world, MVP PK eased past their opponents until their local rivals and former teammate Hae-Sung "HSK" Kim's GOSU gave them a run for their money in the semis (16-13 on Nuke).

MVP PK went undefeated in the Korean qualifier

Keun-Chul "solo" Kang and co. moved on to face their last hurdle ikarus, who narrowly edged past Jong-Seok "Jjong" Jeon's xD in the semis on Mirage, 16-14.

The top Korean powerhouse crushed ikarus in quick 2-0 fashion, with Hyun-Pyo "XigN" Lee boasting a 1.51 rating at the end of the series.
