ViCi Gaming revamp CS:GO roster
ViCi have rebuilt their squad with the return of former comrades and the addition of Malaysian sniper Andrew "Kaze" Khong, formerly of Flash.
After the decision to terminate the VG.Flash project last month, ViCi have been on the search for three replacements to join WeiJie "zhokiNg" Zhong and WingHei "Freeman" Cheung on the new roster.
Former teammates Zhuo "advent" Liang and ZhiHong "aumaN" Liu have been signed, with the former donning MFC's colours for the past few months, while the latter has been inactive from domestic competition since April.
Finalizing the roster is free agent Kaze, who was recently seen playing on a local mixed team called COVE in the Malaysian qualifiers for IESF 2018 and eXTREMESLAND 2018, following his departure from Flash in March.
The new squad resembles a previous four-man core ViCi had from February 2017 onwards, with the exclusion of current CyberZen star Bin "Savage" Liu and other notable Chinese players in post-changes. Also, Alisports have confirmed on Weibo today that they have invited ViCi to next month's WESG 2018 China Regional Finals.
ViCi's current roster is now:
WeiJie "zhokiNg" Zhong
WingHei "Freeman" Cheung
Zhuo "advent" Liang
ZhiHong "aumaN" Liu
Andrew "Kaze" Khong
