Esports Championship Series (ECS) organiser FACEIT has announced that Arlington, Texas, will host the offline finals of the league's sixth season.
ECS Season 6 will culminate with an offline event from November 22-25 at Esports Stadium Arlington, a brand new 100,000 square feet arena that represents "the largest dedicated esports facility in North America".
This will be the third ECS tournament to be held in North America, after Anaheim hosted the Season 2 finals and Cancun the Season 4 event.
The event will feature the eight leading teams of the online league, which will run from October 3 through November 7 in both Europe and North America.
According to FACEIT, this season will feature a $750,000 prize pool, with $90,000 being distributed to the teams who do not qualify for the offline event.
Tickets for the final two days of the event are now available at esarlington.csgoleague.com, with the prices of the early bird options ranging from $17.50 to 35$ (plus booking fee).
[Update:] A previous version of this story, based on a tweet by ECS, mentioned that the prize fund for the season was $3 million. FACEIT has since clarified that the figure in question includes the total prizes and participation fees for ECS in 2018.
