OpTic are through to the StarSeries i-League Season 6 playoffs after beating mousesports 16-14 on Nuke, while HellRaisers have eliminated CyberZen with a 16-3 victory on Overpass.

The match between OpTic and mousesports took place on Nuke. It kicked off with a great play from Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, who clutched a 1v3 post-plant situation to complete the ace, helping his team to take control of proceedings as Terrorists. After building up their economy, the European mixture quickly restored parity without much effort, 3-3.

In the next round, Snappi came up huge once again, finding a quad-kill to lead the way for him and Jakob "JUGi" Hansen to turn a 2v5 situation around. OpTic still won one more, but mousesports responded well, especially with Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný's multi-kills, to eventually go up 6-5. However, the Danes would lose just one more round until half-time to switch sides with a narrow lead.

Alongside k0nfig, cajunb led the way for OpTic

Just like in the first half, OpTic started off the second with a successful pistol, which they followed up with the following anti-eco. The Danish squad then countered their opponents' third-round buy, 11-7, but mousesports were still able to win the subsequent round with doubles from Miikka "suNny" Kemppi and oskar in a 5v5 retake.

Chris "chrisJ" de Jong's men lost only one of the next five rounds to equalize the score at 12-12, but that was when things started to break loose for them. Calm and collected, even though the European mixture were able to take the match to its 30th round, OpTic managed to keep mousesports at bay, sealing the deal in regulation to book their spot in the tournament's playoffs.

On Overpass, HellRaisers vs. CyberZen began with the former bagging a 3-0 lead as Terrorists after picking up a chaotic pistol round. The Chinese side responded with a successful gun round, but Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow and co. did not let them take any control, stringing three more rounds together to make it 6-1.

Although CyberZen then got their second round on the board, HellRaisers kept breaking through the defence to go up 9-2. The same pattern followed, with CyberZen picking up a single round before HellRaisers went on another three-round winning streak, this time around to close out the half at 12-3.

In the second half, HellRaisers did not back down, and quickly finished things off fairly easily, 16-3, to go into the 2-2 pool in Kiev.

Snax overperformed at ESL One New York, he's been absolute dogshit since he joined mouz and he can't even speak proper english / communicate fast enough. Stats past 3 months : hltv.org/player/2553/Snax They were so much more consistent with STYKO, it was a huge mistake getting rid of him.
2018-10-10 14:40
Well not only that, but they had a pretty easy path to the finals and then has a liquid choke I can't take anything away from their resiliency in those comebacks, but their trophy was a one off

Check his 2014-2017 stats. Idc last 3 months stats kek.
