ESWC has announced that it will host a $15,000 tournament for African teams in Casablanca before the end of the year.
The event, called ESWC Africa, will be held on December 16 at the 600-seat Le Studio Des Arts Vivants amphitheater, in Casablanca, where four teams will duke it out for the title of African champion and the first prize of $7,000.
The winner of the Moroccan online qualifier will secure direct entry into the event, where it will be joined by the top three sides of an international qualifier, featuring the winners of national qualifiers held in six different countries: Algeria, Egypt, the Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Senegal, and Tunisia.
