United Masters League announced with $150,000 prize pool
ChallengeMe.GG and Unikrn have unveiled the United Masters League, an invitational tournament with $150,000 on offer.
On top of the prize pool, the 14 competing teams will be splitting a $140,000 sign-on bonus and, as co-owners, are entitled to a percentage of the league's revenue share.
The prize money will be paid in UnikoinGold, described by Unikrn as a "universal token for esports and gaming." Questioned by HLTV.org, the tournament organizers stressed that the prizes are not dependant on the cryptocurrency's fluctuation.

The United Masters League will begin with a best-of-two round-robin stage, running from November 19 through February 8. The top eight teams will progress to the playoffs, which will culminate with a four-team offline event at the M7M Esport Factory in Osnabrück, Germany, from March 29-31.
