With the Esports Championship Series (ECS) Season 6 Finals set to start on Thursday, we bring you a viewer's guide with all the information you need regarding the competition.

The tournament will run from November 22-25 at the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas, where the top four teams from both the European and the North American online divisions will square off for their share of the $660,000 prize pool.

The group stage will be played in a double-elimination format, with only the opening matches being best-of-one series. The top two teams from both groups will then advance to the best-of-three, single-elimination playoff bracket.

Astralis will be looking to defend their title in Texas

The group seeding was based on the online standings. Reigning ECS champions Astralis have been placed in Group A alongside mousesports, MIBR and Cloud9 - who will be replacing Renegades due to the Australians' visa issues. As for Group B, it features Liquid, NiP, North and NRG.

I'm not so sure. Astralis have been a bit of weakness lately, and liquid have been slowly figuring out their playstyle. I do agree with MIBR though, they suck. However, cloud9 could be a wildcard.

I can't remember how many times I heard about Liquid's "figuring out their playstyle". The only teams that figured out Astralis's playstyle are Na'Vi and FaZe. Too bad Na'Vi has 3 bots and FaZe is purely shit lately. I'd like to see Liquid take the extra 100k $, but no chance bro :)

I understand the pleas of "liquid are gonna stay where they are", but they probably have been practicing hard. I know this repeats every time, but maybe this time it's different. I'm still an Astralis fan though.

youtu.be/KApgbbSxY24 casted by lunders vs youtu.be/qLVIgyrRk28 casted by a proper caster Lunders is bad. There's good casters. then there's bad caster. Then there's 50 feet of crap. Then there's james banks and some other casters like ESL Tea time. Then there's a semi-compost island of crap 3 times the size of france in the middle of pacific ocean and then there's lunders

Been following cs on this site for more than 4 years now and that's literally the worst prediction ive ever seen
