StarLadder reveals final StarSeries S7 invites

StarLadder has announced that Natus Vincere, BIG and fnatic have received the final invitations to compete at StarSeries Season 7 event.

The news marks the return of both Na`Vi and fnatic to a StarSeries competition, with the Ukrainian giants having skipped Season 6 due to a packed tournament schedule, and the Swedish side having declined invites to the last two events.

BIG were the only side of the trio in action at last month's event in Kiev, where they bounced back from a 0-2 start to reach the playoffs before being defeated by eventual winners ENCE in the quarter-finals.

Na`Vi will return to a StarSeries event

The 12 invitees will be joined by GAMECON Brasília 2018 champions Wild and by the winners of three online qualifiers at the StarSeries event, which will run from March 30 to April 7 in Shanghai. These 16 sides will be squaring off for their share of a $500,000 prize pool - a record fee in the history of the competition.

The team list for the Chinese event currently looks as follows:

North America Liquid
Europe mousesports
United States NRG
Europe FaZe
Denmark North
Sweden fnatic
Europe Europe Qualifier
Asia Asia Qualifier

17 tournaments in a year? Thats a lot. More than one tournament a month. If you consider breaks then that is almost 2 tournaments a month. To compare, FaZe is at 18 events, two of which were lower tier events. Liquid is at 19 events, two of which were tier 2. NaVi is at 17, 2 or 3 of which were tier 2.
2018-12-01 18:37
15 events for Astralis 14 for Navi You are right anyway Am i only who always hear like Astralis take a pause here and here
