HUNDEN set to leave ALTERNATE aTTaX
The 27-year-old broke the news on the 'HLTV Confirmed' show, revealing that he decided at the beginning of November to not extend his contract with the German organisation for another year.
HUNDEN has been on ALTERNATE aTTaX's books since September 2017, when he was recruited as a replacement for Christian "crisby" Schmitt. This was the first time in which he called in English after previously guiding a number of famous Danish teams, including Copenhagen Wolves, Tricked and SK Gaming.
He led ALTERNATE aTTaX to a German title at ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2017, but things allegedly went downhill following the departure of Tizian "tiziaN" Feldbusch as the team failed in their efforts to find a suitable successor to the BIG player.
"I do not think we are on the same page right now, I am pretty sure some of the players will be top players later on, but right now they do not want to work enough, in my opinion," HUNDEN said.
"It was pretty tough at the beginning, we had a pretty good player in tiziaN, I was really happy about how he was approaching the game and working, but when he was sold we could not find the right replacement.
"He was the support player of the team, and there were no support players we could find in Germany. It was hard for us."
ALTERNATE aTTaX have not yet commented on the future of the team, who could soon be depleted to just three players, with Jesper "TENZKI" Plougmann being targeted by Rogue for the upcoming ESL Pro League relegation stage.
