The decision comes just days after the Brazilian coach guided the team to the title at the Toyota Master Bangkok while replacing Niko "naSu" Kovanen, who had been benched by the organisation.
This will be peacemaker's second coaching stint with Heroic, after previously guiding the team from November 2017 to May 2018, during which the team placed fourth at cs_summit 2 and second at Copenhagen Games.
"I am thrilled to be back as the Head Coach of Heroic with some of my old teammates," peacemaker said in a statement.
"I can't thank them and the new management enough for the trust and I guarantee we will work harder than any other team to go above everyone's expectations.
"I see great potential in this roster. 2019 will be our year."
Heroic, who are currently 18th in the ranking, have the following roster:
Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu (coach)
