CyberZen finalize StarSeries i-League Season 7 team list

CyberZen are through to the StarSeries i-League Season 7 after beating EHOME on three maps (16-5 on Dust2, 16-12 on Inferno and 16-2 on Mirage).

CyberZen had assured themselves of a spot in the best-of-five grand final after defeating MVP PK, 2-1, earlier on Sunday. As for EHOME, they had a one-map advantage in the series due to coming from the upper bracket of the 16-team qualifier, where they beat squads such as ViCi and 5POWER.

HZ and co. take revenge for their loss in the upper bracket quarter-final

The match kicked off on CyberZen's map pick, Dust2, where Bin "Savage" Liu and co. rallied themselves to an 11-4 half-time lead while playing on the CT side. In the second half, EHOME simply could not stop their opponents from levelling up the score in the series with a 16-5 victory.

Starting out as CTs on Inferno, EHOME managed to bag a narrow 8-7 lead, but CyberZen got the best out of the second half, losing just four more rounds before closing out the map, 16-12.

Down 1-2 in the series, EHOME had to step up to the plate on Mirage. Yet, Lei "bottle" Mao's troops quickly put the game to bed with a crushing 16-2 scoreline.
