GGW #24 with $22,000 prize pool, EU open qualifiers
The organisers of Geeks Gone Wild #24 have announced the details for the European open qualifiers for the event's professional tournament, featuring upwards of $22,000 in prize money.
Held at Gigantium, an indoor arena located in Aalborg, Denmark, the GGW LAN party will feature two CS:GO tournaments, a professional competition with just eight teams and a 145,000 DKK (~$22,000) prize pool, and a semi-pro competition with 35,000 DKK (~$5,300) on offer.

ex-Fragsters, Tricked and unknown headline the four-team invite list for the tournament, which will be held from January 25-27. This quartet will be joined by the leading teams of a Danish qualifier and by the top two sides of a Europen qualifier, scheduled for January 9-10.
Teams can sign up for the European qualifier by heading over to the tournament page on FACEIT. The two finalists will be able to play on computers and monitors provided by the GGW organisation but will not receive any travel support.
