RobbaN steps down as FaZe coach
In a statement, the 33-year-old explained that the decision was motivated by personal reasons, having recently become a father for the second time, adding that he will be transitioning to a new role in FaZe, which will be revealed later in January.
RobbaN, who made a name for himself playing for teams like Begrip, NiP and SK Gaming in 1.6, had been working with the team since February 2016, with Håvard "rain" Nygaard being the only remaining line-up player of that time.
During his time as FaZe's coach, the team won several international events, including ELEAGUE Premier 2017 and IEM Sydney 2018, appearing at the top of the world ranking for 15 weeks between October 2017 and April 2018.
FaZe will make their first appearance of 2019 in just two weeks' time as the team will be competing at the $200,000 iBUYPOWER Masters, scheduled for January 19-20.
