TYLOO appoint Johnta as coach
Ivan "Johnta" Shevtsov has been hired to coach TYLOO's team, the Chinese organisation have announced on Weibo.
The Ukrainian coach had been on the lookout for a new challenge since parting ways with HellRaisers, at the end of 2018, after more than two years of service to the CIS organisation.
He will be TYLOO's first coach since Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu parted ways with the team, in November 2017. Last month, Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand had acknowledged the need to hire a coach to improve the team's mental game after they had crashed out of the PLG Grand Slam in the quarter-finals at the hands of Sharks.

The announcement is part of a restructuring process that TYLOO are currently undergoing after the team ended the year in 26th place in the ranking. It began with an overhaul of the squad on the first day of the new year as YuanZhang "Attacker" Sheng and YuLun "Summer" Cai were brought in on loan from Flash, replacing longtime members Ke "captainMo" Liu and Hui "DD" Wu.
Meanwhile, TYLOO announced that the team will travel to Munich on January 20 for a three-week bootcamp ahead of the IEM Katowice Major's New Challengers Stage, kicking off February 14.
With Johnta's appointment, TYLOO now have:
HaoWen "somebody" Xu
Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand
Kevin "xccurate" Susanto
YuanZhang "Attacker" Sheng (loan)
YuLun "Summer" Cai (loan)
Ivan "Johnta" Shevtsov (coach)
