The ELEAGUE Major Boston MVP officially stepped down from MIBR's starting lineup on Saturday as the team unveiled João "felps" Vasconcellos to complete a full Brazilian roster after previously replacing Jake "Stewie2K" Yip with Epitacio "TACO" de Melo.
"I knew that joining MIBR was a risk and unfortunately it didn’t pan out," he wrote. "Some difficulties in language and culture, but most importantly a clash of play styles brought it to an abrupt end.
Although it was short-lived, it was an honor to play with the legends. I have no regrets, everything happens for a reason."
The North American player also admitted that he does not know what the future holds for him and vowed to work to improve himself during his time away from action.
"At this time I'll be sitting out with MIBR, streaming and working further on my personal game, until another opportunity arises," he added.
"Thank you to all of my fans who've followed me since the beginning, and especially thanks to the fans of Brazil for accepting me in open arms, you are all incredible."
