Sico parts ways with ICON
ICON Esports, formerly known as Tainted Minds, has announced the departure of Simon "Sico" Williams.
The Australian organization officially rebranded two weeks ago after being acquired by private investors with experience in traditional sports, marketing and more. Hailing from New Zealand, Sico will transfer to another notable team from the Oceanic region, according to ICON on Twitter.
The 24-year-old has been a part of Tainted Minds since September, finishing runners-up at LPL ANZ Invitational Finals and several top four placements in online domestic qualifiers, where they also fell short of obtaining an Asia Minor spot following Renegades' victory in the consolidation final.

The Oceanic mixture has remained inactive from competition since February 21st, forfeiting the rest of their official matches in the ongoing LPL Pro League Season 1 and ESEA MDL Season 30 Australia. On the ESEA website, it reveals that the Kiwi sniper has joined recent Major attendee Grayhound's line-up yesterday.
ICON's roster is reduced to four active members now:
Chris "ofnu" Hanley
Ryan "zewsy" Palmer
Mike "ap0c" Aliferis
Karlo "USTILO" Pivac
