Runtime part ways with CS:GO roster
Runtime have parted ways with their CS:GO roster following the expiry of player contracts.
The announcement follows a period of inactivity from the team, who had signed with Runtime at the beginning of the year ahead of the CIS Minor leading to IEM Katowice.
Headlined by veteran trio Denis "seized" Kostin, Sergey "starix" Ischuk and Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov, the team traveled to the Minor with high expectations surrounding them but were one of the first to be eliminated following losses to Winstrike and pro100.
Lackluster results persisted after the return from Katowice, as the team's showing in the first European open qualifier for IEM Sydney saw a round of 32 exit following a loss to MIXSQUAD.
According to Runtime, the team's contracts expired on March 15, leaving the following players free to commit to other organisations:
