IEM Sydney China, East Asia, SEA qualifier brackets revealed

ESL has released the brackets for the IEM Sydney Greater China, East Asia, and Southeast Asia closed qualifiers which are set to take place on March 22-24.

All three closed qualifiers will feature four invited and four qualified sides, with the invitees going up against qualified teams in their first match.

The closed qualifiers will have double-elimination, best-of-three brackets which will culminate in best-of-five grand finals where a spot at the Australian event will be on the line in each region.

Freeman's ViCi will take on 8EASY in the first round

IEM Sydney 2019 will take place on April 30-May 5 with a $250,000 prize pool. 16 teams will duke it out in two groups of eight to advance to the playoffs which will be held at the Qudos Arena on the last three days.

The Greater China closed qualifier bracket is below:

China ViCi vs. China 8EASY
China IPET vs. China 5POWER
