MAJ3R departs ex-Space Soldiers
The 28-year-old in-game leader has parted ways with ex-Space Soldiers, the Turkish player has announced on Twitter.
The gradual dissolution of ex-Space Soldiers continued on Saturday, when the team's in-game leader Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli announced his decision to leave the squad after spending more than two years with the side.
ex-Space Soldiers had lost their most impactful player Ismailcan "XANTARES" Dörtkardeş at the end of 2018 as the rifler decided to continue his career in Germany, with BIG. The Turks attended the Europe Minor with Yaman "yam" Ergenekon in their lineup, in January, but went out in last place.
Following the Minor, yam remained in the roster and Ömer "imoRR" Karataş replaced Engin "ngiN" Kor in the active lineup. Despite these changes and the starting date of EPL Season 9 drawing near, in which the Turks will compete, they have yet to sign with a new organization.
During his tenure with the side, MAJ3R has won DreamHack Open Austin, finished in second place at the WESG 2017 World Finals, and qualified for the ELEAGUE and FACEIT Majors in 2018.
ex-Space Soldiers now have the following lineup:
Canpolat "hardstyle" Yıldıran (Coach)
