jR and crush to remain in Vega Squadron
Vega Squadron fell to pieces shortly after Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov decided to leave to Spirit last month following a failed run at the IEM Katowice Major's New Challengers Stage. The organization then said it was open to offers for its players, who had long contracts but were uneasy regarding their future in that team.
Vega Squadron also noted that the new roster will be revealed next week, ahead of the team's participation in WePlay! Forge of Masters.
"After it was announced that all of the members of the team were able to explore more options both sides took their time to see what is up and to weigh all possible outcomes. During that period of time crush played with HellRaisers but after a week they decided to move on and test more players.
"Meanwhile, we've been testing different players to see who'll fit us and who won't. As soon as Igor came back from his trial we immediately integrated him into the testing process and it felt quite promising. With all of these changes, it just felt that the team needed to reset, which is mostly the reason we'll only stick with jR and crush for now.
"As for the remaining players, we'll announce them in the nearest future, right before our next tournament which is WePlay's Forge of Masters."
