Epsilon top Group B in Charleroi

Day one of Charleroi Esports has come to a close, with Epsilon joining Vitality in the playoffs after beating GamerLegion in Group B's winners' match.

Epsilon entered their second match of the day with confidence running sky high after beating G2 convincingly in their opening game, and jumped out to a 7-1 lead on the Terrorist side after keeping the GamerLegion in complete disarray during the early stages of the tie.

Tim "nawwk" Jonasson and Kevin "HS" Tarn, who had topped the scoreboard in the close victory over Virtus.pro earlier on Friday, then spearheaded GamerLegion's comeback, with the former Uruguay line-up ultimately finishing the first half with seven rounds on the board.

Epsilon through to the semi-finals in Charleroi

The Estonian player went huge in the second half pistol with three quick kills inside B, setting his team up for a 9-8 lead. It would not last, though, as once Epsilon had money in the bank they took control of proceedings and kept the GamerLegion offense in check, losing just two more rounds before locking down the map.

No, not french. I actually think epsilon did deserve to top the group. But GSL groups with bo1 it's really a joke.
