horvy announces free agency
horvy signed for INTZ in September 2018 along with the rest of the NoTag squad but was moved to the bench just four months into his contract as the team revamped their line-up after going out 13th-16th at the ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals and 5th-8th at PLG Grand Slam.
He spent a month on loan with TeamOne before playing one last event with INTZ, the first round of ESL Pro League Americas, as Vito "kNgV-" Giuseppe and Lucas "destiny" Bullo were unable to enter the United States due to visa issues.
"I believe we had good results in INTZ in the short period of time the lineup was together, we qualified for the ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals, PLG Grand Slam and the Katowice Minor, and we came very close in some other tournaments, like the DreamHack Open Winter qualifier," horvy wrote.
"All that in just two months. Of course that our results in the two LANs that we attended were very disappointing, but I think they were a very important experience for me, I had never attended an international LAN before.
"I was a bit disappointed with myself as I failed in some moments because I could not deal with a certain feeling of depression that I caused because of all the pressure that I was putting on myself.
"I would like to thank [coach] Apoka, who helped me a lot, even after I had left the team. Fortunately, I can say that I was able to change something in me, that is also why I was able to play 20 times better on TeamOne than on INTZ."
