DreamHack Masters Dallas viewer's guide

With DreamHack Masters Dallas set to kick off on Tuesday, we have put together a comprehensive viewer's guide for the $250,000 event.

The first DreamHack Masters event of the year will take place at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, where 16 teams will duke it out from May 28 through June 2.

The tournament will feature two double-elimination groups, with the initial matchups being played as best-of-ones and the remaining matches as best-of-three series.

cs_summit 4 champions Vitality will face North in their opening match

The top three sides from both groups will then advance to the playoffs, which will feature a single-elimination, best-of-three format. The group winners will book their spot straight to the semi-finals while the second and third-placed teams in each group will progress to the quarter-finals.

Frankie's possibly one of the best interviewers we have in the scene. Although she's fairly new to the CS scene, she comes across extremely confident and you can tell she does her research. People will probably always remember her for the pizza blunder, but hey we've all made mistakes. Would you rather have Pala who's super awkward or Smix who has no personality?
