Ancient to DreamHack Summer final over Aristocracy

Ancient have advanced to the grand final at DreamHack Open Summer after beating Aristocracy 2-1 in the semis.

The second semi-final at DreamHack Open Summer kicked off on Overpass, which was Ancient's map pick. Starting the game on the CT-side, Aristocracy picked up the first two rounds. Ancient hit back in the first gun round, initiating a five-round streak to lead 5-2.

The Swedes won a 2vs3 in the 11th round thanks to William "draken" Sundin's triple kill but lost three of the following four rounds, leading 9-6 at halftime. Aristocracy won the second pistol round thanks to Paweł "dycha" Dycha's quad kill and cut the deficit to two rounds.

Ancient are through to the grand final

Ancient responded with a three-round streak but couldn't make it four in a row as Jacek "MINISE" Jeziak picked up a quad kill in a 2vs5 to win the 20th round (12-8). Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas and company got within one round of Ancient but the Swedish team closed out the map by taking four rounds in a row (16-11).

Train, the second map of the series and Aristocracy's pick, started with the T-sided Polish team's 3-0 lead. Ancient answered back with a dominant defensive run as they secured eight of the following nine rounds. Aristocracy claimed the final three rounds of the first half to finish it 8-7 behind.

The Poles went out in 3-4th place

Aristocracy were in control for most of the second half and had two map points to wrap things up. However, Ancient denied both map points to take the game to overtime. The Swedes wasted three map points in three separate overtimes and Aristocracy closed it out in the fifth overtime with a 31-27 final scoreline.

Aristocracy, who started Nuke on the CT-side, picked up the pistol round victory thanks to Mikołaj "mouz" Karolewski's 1vs2 clutch. Following five straight round wins, Aristocracy's defense came to a halt as they lost eight in a row (8-5). TaZ got seven kills in the final two rounds to defend A and Aristocracy led 8-7 at halftime.

Ancient attained seven of the first eight rounds on the CT-side to earn seven match points and went on to finish it off with a 16-11 score. With the 2-1 series victory, the Swedes have advanced to the grand final at DreamHack Open Summer.

”just eat”, if someoke has a eating disorder its not just to eat. dunno about him tho
2019-06-17 18:53
It's pretty rare for males to have an eating disorder such as anorexia (it does happen, of course). It could be due to something like a food allergy, but having known enough people like that in my life who didn't suffer from weight, I'd be surprised if that was the case. If it's biological, that's fine, not his fault. But that's usually not the case.

That is insane to think about it. Minuse was missing crucial shots time and time again, but Taz stepped it up big time. Without him, they would have never gone triple OT. Ancient was figuring them out quick, Taz was the only thing keeping Arty alive.
