AVANT, TYLOO pick up wins at Asia Minor

AVANT defeated 5POWER 16-9 on Dust2 after a dominant CT side performance, while TYLOO fought back from an early deficit to beat FFAmix 16-8 on Mirage.

AVANT kicked off their opening game of the Minor confidently, grabbing a 6-0 lead on the CT side of Dust2. Then, 5POWER had a great chance to get on the board, but Bin "Savage" Liu was unable to close out a 1v1 after plant on A, with the Australian side extending their perfect streak. 5POWER finally got on the board after Lei "bottle" Mao found an entry on Jared "HaZR" O'Bree, but AVANT bounced straight back and ran up a 14-1 lead.

AVANT were dominant on the CT side of Dust2

After the switch, AVANT continued their dominance. Mike "ap0c" Aliferis started things off in the pistol round, with Jireh "J1rah" Youakim and Euan "sterling" Moore cleaning up things to get their team to match point. However, 5POWER stayed alive for a bit, surviving a few close rounds to bring the score back to 15-9. With a triple-kill from J1rah, AVANT was able to finally close out the game, 16-9, to advance to the winners' match of group A.

Facing off on Mirage, FFAmix and TYLOO were battling back-and-forth early on, but it was FFAmix to take the first significant lead, despite losing the pistol and playing on the less-favored T-side. As the score was 5-3, Moustafa "BLACKEAGLE" Baghdadi picked up three kills to get into the B bombsite and turn around a 2v4 situation, putting more pressure on the Chinese team. (7-3) In the second part of the half, TYLOO managed to put a stop to FFAmix's fast approaches and stabilize, switching to the Terrorist side with an 8-7 lead.

TYLOO recovered from a slow start on Mirage

TYLOO was unable to hold off the A site retake in the pistol, but they won the force buy cleanly to get the early momentum on the offensive side of Mirage. As the score was 13-8, FFAmix picked up a double entry, but a fast trade from HaoWen "somebody" Xu, who bagged three for the round, meant that another round went TYLOO's way. Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand and co. then cleaned up a force buy and instantly converted on the match point by winning a 2v3, making the final score 16-8.

Not sure, looks like their manager knows what is actually happening, but their fans don't. Anyway Freeman is just a child so official will not do anything about this. But pressure from fans could result in huge disaster to tyloo. Even if the manager want to save Freeman, anger from fans may just overwhelm them.
